Award season is in full swing and the Costume Designer Guild has announced who is in the running for 16th annual Costume Awards. The event will take place on Saturday, February 22 and some of TV Ate My Wardrobe’s most talked about shows have been nominated. They are split into three categories and this means that period and contemporary costuming doesn’t go up against each other. As is the general rule with awards nominations there are some shows that I think deserved recognition and are absent, particularly first season standouts like Masters of Sex, Hannibal, The Americans, The Bridge and Sleepy Hollow.
Here is the full list of the TV nominees.
